Easily accessible via route 1A southbound, this unique location makes it easy for residents, friends, and neighbors to meet up for a quick meal or a night out. NEW for Spring 2026: Mila's is debuting its new spring menu, including what is believed to be the biggest meatball on the North Shore and in Greater Boston.
The Spring 2026 menu centers on sourdough brick‑oven pizzas, fired in Mila’s brick oven to deliver a crisp, blistered crust and classic Neapolitan‑style char. Standout offerings include the Meatballer, topped with basil pesto and caramelized onions; the Vodka Sausage, finished with hot honey; and a classic Margherita made with tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Guests can also build their own pizzas from a broad selection of house‑made sourdough bases, sauces, cheeses, proteins, and vegetables. Mila’s signature meatball, served with pomodoro, whipped ricotta, and focaccia toast, remains a centerpiece of the menu.
The bar program complements the food offerings with a curated selection of Italian‑inspired craft cocktails, including a Gin Basil Smash, Limoncello Martini, Hugo Spritz, and Blood Orange Spritz, alongside wines sourced from Italy, France, Argentina, and California, plus a rotating selection of beers and ciders.
